Lucius Malfoy is reserved by two people because the second person had no idea of knowing the first had reserved. Because we want to give everyone a fair shot at the character, we (the Moderators) will look at both of the applications and accept the one we feel best personifies the character and is more developed and therefore, better suited for this roleplay. The time-frame of reservations still stands at 24 hours and if in that time, one of the potential Lucius’ does not submit their application, we will assume they no longer have interest in this roleplay and will review the application(s) we do have.
